Who are the nichevoks?
Nichevoki are a literary group that formed in Moscow in early 1920 and finally took shape in August of the same year at the Union of Poets in Rostov-on-Don. The members of the group are Susanna Mar, Elena Nikolaeva, Aetiy Ranov, Rurik Rok, Boris Zemenkov, Oleg Erberg and others.

The Moscow group "Nichevokov" (existed for about two years in 1920 and 1921) was a Russian echo of the famous European group of Dadaists (Dadaism emerged during World War I in 1916 in neutral Switzerland). The meaning of the Dadaist movement is to respond to the absurdity of war with the same absurdity of art. Hence the outrage, scandals, aesthetics of the ugly and disharmonious.
During its existence, the Nichevoks were able to publish only two small almanacs: "Vam" and "Dog Box" (in two editions), as well as two collections of poems by R. Rock.[1]

Nichevoki believed that all literary movements had outlived their usefulness. Their images, meter and rhythm, rhyme-were crushed. The Nothingers preferred only imagism - they left it a chance to exist.
The more prominent the artist, the more the Nothingers wanted to knock him off his pedestal. In their opinion, one denial is enough! Among themselves, the members of the group reduced all proper names to a pejorative form. For example, they called Anna Akhmatova "Akhmatkina"

The Nothinger have come up with a set of rules and laws, fixing them in manifestos and articles. So, for example, anyone could become a nichevok. The main thing is to decide whether you want to be a Nichevok of Creativity or a Nichevok of Life. The former adhere to the classical idea of destruction. With the latter, everything is more difficult.
The Nothinger of Life were called "Hobo". In the language of the members of the "group" it meant - a refined revolutionary tramp. "Hobo" forgot about cleaning the apartment and partially ... about hygiene, used windows instead of doors. Weirdness is enough![2]

In 1921, the Moscow Declaration of the Nichevoks was published. They proclaimed the "separation of art from the state", and put forward their own creative bureau as an apparatus for the management of art.

1. In the name of Revolution of Spirit
Any poetry which does not propose the individual approach of an artist, does not determine a special world view and an attitude to the world peculiaring only to creative person, does not operate with the inner sense of the phenomena and objects (sense – is the nothing from the point of view of materia too) both a reviewing object and words, and in this moment of the time – from the august of 1920.

2. The persons who were noticed during the spreading the annulled marks of poetry or during the fabricating the Nothing-poetry (The nichevoki`s poetry) are subjected to judgement of the revolutionary tribunal of nichevoki consisting of Boris Zemenkov, Ryurik Rok and Sergey Sadikov.
3. It is time to purify forcibly poetry from the traditional and handicraft-poetic dungy elements of life in the name of collectivization of volume the created elements of universe and the Mask of Nothing. The elements of it for the materialists and the routine idealists do not exist: for them it is nothing. We are the first who excite the bricks of rebellion for Nothing.
We are nichevoki.
4. A focus of the contemporary crisis of phenomena of the world and attitudes to the world of Nichevoki was cleared up: crisis is in ourselves, in our spirit. In the verses this crisis resolves in refining of an image, a metr, a rhythm, an instrumentation, an ending.
(Only one the imagism is a vivid school in the poetry, and we accepts this method partially). A refining will come art to zero, will crush it, will lead it to Nothing and will transform into Nothing. Our aim is refining of verses in the name of Nothing. To embroider on the verbal canvas the perceptions of an identity and insight of the world, its image, color, smell, taste etc.
So, all the beginnings are from Nothing. The instrument of depiction by means of series n + 1 (where n = the elements of depiction to the moment of time, and 1 = the instrument of new depiction) will bring to an equality: n + 1 = ~, that is the nothing: the aim of endlessness = the Nothing.

5. There is nothing in poetry – only Nichevoki,
6. Life comes to realization of our slogans:
Do not write nothing!
Do not read Nothing!
Do not talk nothing!
Do not publish nothing!

Manifest from Nichevoki
In 1922, the Nichevoki published the manifest "Long live the last Dada International of the World".
The mournful sounds of the brass bell stretch mournfully through the air, and slowly sway to the mournful tolling, along the road of Life, covered with dust and strewn with thorns, the gloomy hearse of death, on which lies the dry, mysterious, yellow corpse of poetry in the hastily constructed coffin of the ages, issued by a coupon of general consumption. Behind them, the gray-haired old men, veterans, and invalids of poetry waddle and waddle, silently chewing their tears, swaying their old, trembling, weakened limbs; behind them, the boldest of the boldest of the dead poetry shuffle their feet: futurists of all stripes, imagists, expressionists, groups, groups, groups.
And only in the distance do we look at it, the nobodies who diagnose paralysis and state with mathematical accuracy the fatal outcome.
Oh, great poet, giant and titan, the last fighter from the former army of the glorious, Vadim Shershenevich, rejoice and convey your joy to your friend, the author of the highly esteemed "Magdalene" Mariengof, whisper in the ear of Yesenin that neither you nor your descendants will have to:

The newly dug grave has become a gloomy cortege of death, and the wet clods of clay clatter dully and dully on the aspen lid of the coffin of the ages. Ничевоки
Кто такие Ничевоки?
Ничевоки-литературная группа, образовавшаяся в Москве в начале 1920 года и окончательно оформившаяся в августе того же года при Союзе поэтов в Ростове-на-Дону. В состав группы входят Сюзанна Мэри, Елена Николаева, Аэций Ранов, Рюрик Рок, Борис Семенов, Олег Эдберг и другие.
Московская группа "Ничевоки" (существовала около двух лет в 1920 и 1921 годах) была русским отголоском известной европейской группы дадаистов (дадаизм возник во время Первой мировой войны в 1916 году в нейтральной Швейцарии). Смысл дадаистского движения состоит в том, чтобы ответить на абсурд войны тем же абсурдом искусства. Отсюда возмущение, скандалы, эстетика безобразного и дисгармоничного.
За время своего существования Ничевоки смогли издать только два небольших альманаха: "Вам" и "Собачий ящик" (в двух изданиях), а также два сборника стихов Р. Рока.[1]
Ничевоки считали, что все литературные движения изжили себя. Их образы, метр и ритм, рифма-были раздавлены. Ничтожества предпочитали только имажинизм - они оставляли ему шанс на существование.
Чем заметнее становился художник, тем больше Ничтожествам хотелось сбить его с пьедестала. По их мнению, одного отрицания достаточно! Между собой члены группы сводили все имена собственные к уничижительной форме. Например, они называли Анну Ахматову "Ахматовой"

Ничевокам выдавали удостоверение, на котором было написано: "Удостоверение. Это дано гражданину такому-то в том, что он перестал быть животным и стал никем. Действительно, на всю оставшуюся жизнь. Креативное бюро"

Ничевоки придумали свод правила и законы, закрепив их в манифестах и статьях. Так, например, любой желающий мог стать ничевоком. Главное - решить, хотите ли вы быть Ничевоком Творчества или Ничевоком Жизни. Первые придерживаются классической идеи разрушения. С последними все сложнее.
Ничевоком Жизни называли "Хобо". На языке членов "группы" это означало - утонченный революционный бродяга. "Хобо" забывал об уборке квартиры и частично ... насчет гигиены, использовали окна вместо дверей. Странностей достаточно![2]
Декрет о ничевоках поэзии
В 1921 году была опубликована Московская декларация ничевок. Они провозгласили "отделение искусства от государства" и выдвинули собственное творческое бюро как аппарат управления искусством.
Именем Революции Духа объявляем:
1. Всякая поэзия, не дающая индивидуального подхода творца, не определяющая особого, только субъекту свойственного мировоззрения и мироощущения, не оперирующая с внутренним смыслом явлений и вещей (смысл – ничего с точки зрения и материи) как рассматриваемого объекта, так и слова, в данный момент времени – с сего августа 1920 года.

2. Лица, замеченные в распространении аннулированных знаков поэзии или в подделке Ничпоэзии (Ничевоческой поэзии), подлежат суду Революционного Трибунала Ничевоков в составе: Бориса Земенкова, Рюрика Рока и Сергея Садикова.
3. Пора принудительно очистить поэзию от традиционного и кустарно-поэтического навозного элемента жизни во имя коллективизации объема тварности мирового начала и Личины Ничего. Начала сего для материалистов и шаблонных идеалистов не существует: оно для них – ничего. Мы – первые подымаем кирпичи восстания за Ничего.

4. Фокус современного кризиса явлений мира и мироощущений Ничевоком прояснен: кризис – в нас, в духе нашем. В поэтпроизведениях кризис этот разрешается истончением образа, метра, ритма, инструментовки, концовки.
(Единственное пока что жизненное течение в поэзии – имажинизм – нам принимается как частичный метод.) Истончение сведет искусство на нет, уничтожит его: приведет к ничего и в Ничего. Наша цель: истончение поэтпроизведения во имя Ничего. На словесной канве вышить восприятия тождества и прозрения мира, его образа, цвета, запаха, вкуса и т. д.
Итак, истоки Всего – из Ничего. Средство изобразительности путем ряда n + 1 (где n = элементы изобразительности до данного момента времени, а 1 = средство новой изобразительности) – привести к равенству: n + 1= ~, т. е. – Ничего: цель бесконечности = Ничего.
Отсюда:
5. В поэзии ничего нет; только – Ничевоки.
6. Жизнь идет к осуществлению наших лозунгов:
Ничего не пишите!
Ничего не читайте!
Ничего не говорите!
Ничего не печатайте!

Заунывно тянутся в воздухе похоронные звуки медного колокола, медленно колышутся под печальный трезвон, по дороге Жизни, покрытой пылью и усыпанной терниями, мрачный катафалк смерти, на котором лежит сухой, бессочный, желтый труп поэзии в выданном по купону широкого потребления, наскоро сколоченном гробу эпох. Позади плетутся, ковыляют, молча пережевывая слезы, седые старички, ветераны и инвалиды поэзии, шатая старческими, дрожащими, ослабленными членами, сзади шамкают ногами дерзкие из дерзких умершей поэзии: футуристы всех мастей, имажинисты, экспрессионисты, группы, группки, группики.
И только вдали смотрим на это мы, ничевоки, ставящие диагноз паралича и констатирующие с математической точностью летальный исход.
О, великий поэт, гигант и титан, последний борец из бывшей армии славных, Вадим Шершеневич, радуйся и передай твою радость своему другу, автору высокочтимой «Магдалины» Мариенгофу, шепни на ухо Есенину о том, что ни тебе, ни твоим потомкам не придется:
Вадим Шершеневич пред толпой безликой. Выжимает, как атлет, стопудовую гирю моей головы. Вам, написавшим собрание поэзии «Мы», мы вручаем свой манифест. Читайте и подписывайтесь.
У свежевырытой могилы стал мрачный кортеж смерти, и гулко и тупо стучат влажные комья глины об осиновую крышку гроба эпох. Эфир впитывает звуки и поглощает, а Жизнь, даящая солнце, льет свои живительные лучи на прекрасную трехмерность пространства.
